About Spokane’s Superior Solutions

SSS was founded in 2007 by Jacob Evans, an elite systems designer and former communications administrator for the United States Air Force. He has a quick smile, an impressive ability to smoothly educate, and endless patience. He stays calm and composed and in short, is the person we count on to prevent—or solve—nearly any problem. William Erickson heads the firms construction division. He leads over 200 sub-contracting professionals and manages SSS' entire construction portfolio. Erickson has grown the firm's construction wing over 260%. Ross Nakamura brings a wealth of experience to SSS administration dynamics. An accounting major, former admin specialist for Molina Healthcare and star basketball player for Whitworth University, Nakamura's character is second to none. Donnie has been in the construction field for 19 years. After being trained by some great carpenters, drywallers, and finish carpenters, he started his own company called Revamp Construction. By putting people first, his company expanded into a great name here in Spokane. Donnie is beloved at our firm and his faith directly inspires each person on our team. He has 4 kids at home and a lovely wife of 13 years who has been everything to him. Cat has a background in IT and communications and is vital in our firm's field management. A transplant to the Spokane area, Cat enjoys the temperate summers and beautiful landscape so she is naturally talented at what she brings to our firm. Since her first day, she has added to team morale and productivity. In her free time, Cat is usually building or tinkering with something to make her home absolutely perfect and she has a keen eye for quality. Cody has been remodeling homes for 2 years. He has four children and a loving wife of 10 years. His faith guides his actions, and he models his life after James 1:19--be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger. This attitude is evident in Cody's work habits as he always takes time to understand the ultimate goal, making every house a welcoming space for a new family. Downey has been remodeling homes for 15 years. Possessing a relentless work ethic, he started doing odd jobs and yard work at 11 years old. Over the years Downey has been a landscaper, house framer, and a cook; in short, there isn't much he can't do. He enjoys kayaking when he allows himself a break from work, which in his words, "isn't that often." Downey's get-it-done attitude motivates the entire team, and his finish work is second to none. Steve, a Seattle native, is a true jack of all trades, and this shines through in his approach to home renovation. With a background in management, sales, and mechanics, Steve settled in renovation because he loves it and takes pride in his work. His exceptional eye for detail keeps our renovations on track by ensuring things are done right the first time. Stephen has been working since he was 15 in everything from a fast food cook to a car detailer. He is well versed in construction and home renovation, and has been part of the team for 3 years. Stephen's favorite past-times are hiking and going to the lake. His fun-loving spirit shines through in his work, transforming each house he works on into a welcoming family home.

With numerous real estate transactions nationally, SSS also boasts nearly 100 million dollars of real estate investments in Spokane. Today, SSS is established as one of the most lucrative real estate investment company's in Washington state.
